Shipment Packing & Dispatch
Orders are typically packed and dispatched the same day of confirmed payment or on the next working day, depending on order time and courier pickup schedules. Once your order is booked with the courier, we will send you the tracking ID so you can monitor the shipment status.
Packaging Standards
All orders are securely packed to protect product integrity during transit. Typical packing includes protective thermal/foam layer, bubble wrap, and a sturdy five-ply box. We also photograph packages before dispatch as part of our quality checks.
Delivery & OTP Verification
When the courier attempts delivery, you may receive an OTP (one-time password) on the mobile number provided with your order. The courier will release the parcel only after the correct OTP is provided to ensure safe delivery to the intended recipient.
Shipping Timeframes
- Domestic (India): Delivery within 3–7 working days from the date the order is handed to the courier (subject to courier availability, local holidays, and regional service levels).
- International: Delivery within 8–14 working days for international shipments to countries supported by our logistics partner (approximately 94 countries). Customs clearance and local postal services may extend delivery time.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
You will receive a tracking ID after dispatch. Please use this ID to track your shipment. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, you must notify us at gbabaeawal@gmail.com and the courier immediately so a claim can be raised.
Replacement shipments will be issued only after a successful claim and confirmation from the courier partner. If the courier denies the claim, the responsibility for the loss or damage remains with the courier and/or as per the courier’s claim decision.
Shipping Charges
- Where a free-shipping offer applies, the courier charges are borne by BABA G HERBAL.
- If no free-shipping offer applies, shipping charges shown at checkout must be paid by the customer.
Areas Served
Domestic deliveries are made to serviceable urban and rural areas via major courier partners. International shipments are sent only to countries supported by our logistics partner.
Liability & Disclaimer
BABA G HERBAL takes care in packing and handing over shipments to courier partners. However, once the shipment is handed over to the courier, the courier is responsible for transit-related loss or damage. We will assist in filing claims, but replacement or refund depends on the courier’s claim decision.
Non-Delivery on National Holidays
Deliveries are not made on national public holidays. Transit and delivery timelines exclude national holidays and Sundays where courier services are unavailable.

पैकिंग एवं प्रेषण
ऑर्डर सामान्यतः भुगतान की पुष्टि के उसी दिन या अगले कार्य दिवस में पैक कर कूरियर को सौंप दिए जाते हैं, जो कि ऑर्डर समय और कूरियर पिक-अप शेड्यूल पर निर्भर करेगा। आर्डर बुक होते ही हम आपको ट्रैकिंग आईडी भेजेंगे ताकि आप शिपमेंट का स्टेटस देख सकें।
पैकेजिंग मानक
हमारे शिपमेंट को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए कड़ा पैकेजिंग मानक अपनाया जाता है — थर्माकोल/फोम परत, बबल रैप और मजबूत पाँच-प्लाई बॉक्स। प्रेषण से पहले पैकेज की फोटो भी ली जाती है।
डिलीवरी एवं OTP सत्यापन
डिलीवरी के समय आपके द्वारा दिए गए मोबाइल नंबर पर एक OTP भेजा जा सकता है। सही OTP प्रदान किए बिना कूरियर पार्सल नहीं देगा, ताकि सामान सही प्राप्तकर्ता तक सुरक्षित पहुंचे।
शिपिंग समय सीमा
- देशीय (भारत): कूरियर को शिपमेंट सौंपे जाने की तारीख से 3–7 कार्य दिवस के भीतर डिलीवरी। (कूरियर उपलब्धता, स्थानीय छुट्टियाँ व सेवा स्तर के अनुसार भिन्नता हो सकती है)।
- अंतरराष्ट्रीय: हमारे लॉजिस्टिक्स पार्टनर द्वारा समर्थित देशों के लिए 8–14 कार्य दिवस के भीतर डिलीवरी (कस्टम क्लियरेंस व स्थानीय पोस्ट/कूरियर सेवाओं के कारण अधिक समय लग सकता है)।
ट्रैकिंग एवं डिलीवरी समस्याएँ
डिस्पैच के बाद आपको ट्रैकिंग आईडी भेजी जाएगी। विलंब, खोने या नुकसान की स्थिति में तुरंत हमें gbabaeawal@gmail.com और कूरियर दोनों को सूचित करें ताकि दावे (claim) की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा सके।
हम केवल कूरियर के क्लेम और पुष्टि के पश्चात ही रिप्लेसमेंट भेज पाएंगे। यदि कूरियर क्लेम खारिज करता है, तो हानि/नुकसान की ज़िम्मेदारी कूरियर कंपनी या उनके क्लेम निर्णय के अनुसार रहेगी।
शिपिंग शुल्क
- यदि किसी ऑफर के तहत निःशुल्क शिपिंग लागू है तो कूरियर शुल्क BABA G HERBAL द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा।
- अन्यथा चेकआउट पर दिखाए गए शिपिंग शुल्क ग्राहक द्वारा देय होंगे।
सेवा क्षेत्र
देशीय स्तर पर प्रमुख कूरियर पार्टनर के माध्यम से शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में डिलीवरी की जाती है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय शिपमेंट केवल हमारे पार्टनर द्वारा समर्थित चुनिंदा देशों (लगभग 94 देश) को ही भेजे जाते हैं।
दायित्व और अस्वीकरण
हम शिपमेंट की पैकिंग में सावधानी रखते हैं और कूरियर को सुरक्षित रूप से सौंपते हैं। परंतु ट्रांज़िट के दौरान हुई हानि या क्षति के लिए कूरियर जिम्मेदार होगा। हम क्लेम दायर करने में मदद करेंगे, पर रिप्लेसमेंट/रिफंड कूरियर के क्लेम निर्णय के अधीन होगा।
राष्ट्रीय छुट्टियों पर डिलीवरी नहीं
राष्ट्रीय सार्वजनिक छुट्टियों पर डिलीवरी नहीं की जाती। ट्रांज़िट और डिलीवरी की समय-सीमा में राष्ट्रीय छुट्टियाँ और ऐसे दिन शामिल नहीं माने जाते जब कूरियर सेवाएँ उपलब्ध नहीं होतीं।
