1. Who we are, and accepting these terms

This website is operated by Baba G Herbal, Dr. Sampurnanand Colony, Sirohi, Rajasthan 307001, India. By browsing this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are ordering for personal use or for lawful resale where we have agreed that with you in writing.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our preparations as accurately as we can, including their ingredients and how they are made. These are traditional Ayurvedic preparations produced in small batches from natural materials, so colour, texture, aroma and consistency vary from batch to batch and with the season. Such variation is normal and is not a defect. Photographs are illustrative.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed and confirmed.

Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

5. Orders, and our right to decline one

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — where the item is out of stock, where a price or description was listed in error, where we cannot deliver to the address given, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Health, and the limits of what we can tell you

Our preparations are traditional Ayurvedic formulations. Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing here replaces consulting a qualified physician about your own situation. Please read the Disclaimer in full before ordering.

8. Using this website

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that affects its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

9. Our content

The text, photography, design and branding on this site belong to Baba G Herbal or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent. You are of course welcome to share links to our pages.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Sirohi, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, please contact us — most matters are settled by a conversation.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date this page was last changed is shown below.
